Blog about my work on The Food Point

For our project we all firstly sat down and tried to come up with some ideas. We came up with several of them. We all decided on ones to do SWAT analysis on one each. I done my SWAT on the Alcohol delivery system.
For the presentation we sat down together and came up with our idea of what the business would be together.
I found it interesting how much things you need to thing of when starting up a business. When making the presentation we realized that we had find out how to get the grants from the government and also small thing like how much a Liquor License would be.
We were all very enthusiastic  about this business. When we were doing the final stages of the project we all were arguing in the best ways in making more money. I found this very funny because we were really behaving like real business partners. We wanted to raise the cost of the meal by a euro. Some members of the team apposed this and others did and the only way we could settle it was by voting.
As fore the business report we all sat down and decided that we would take a section each, I wanted to stay away from the financial part because I knew I had a better Idea of the actual success of the company and what advantages it had so for my part of the business plan focused on all those aspects.
